You Are Not Alone In Your Anger

It might feel like you are the only one who struggles with anger and rage, but you are not alone. A common misconception is that therapy is your only option for resolving your anger—but you can work in a more targeted manner. My online Anger Management program is targeted and accessible to everyone. You will learn research-based strategies to channel your anger in positive and productive ways, regaining your confidence and control.

Therapy-Free Training

You receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program. Training focuses on:

Behavior Modification

Critical Thinking

Learn to think objectively, not personally or emotionally about conversations, responses, or circumstances.

Coping Skills

Spirituality

religion aside, learn how to connect with yourself and others beyond your ego and on a larger spiritual level.

Don’t Cry and Don’t Beg is a step-by-step guide for dealing with anger. It helps you understand why you respond with anger, why we experience anger differently, and it debunks many of the myths and stereotypes regarding Anger Management. You are not a bad person and you are not alone. This book provides the tools to regain control and of your life and your response to pain.

Anger management issues often begin at a young age. The sooner kids are taught to manage their emotions the less negative impact it will have on their lives and within their families. Proceeds from my online program, book Don’t Cry and Don’t Beg, and donations will help fund the opening a youth education center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The center will help children ages 2-10 who show early signs of behavior difficulty, as well as at-risk youth ages 10-16. The goal is to combat bullying, teen suicide, gang affiliations, physical violence, and anger that is otherwise carried into adulthood.
