Anger Management Education

Lynnette C. Anderson, LLC has invested over 20 years in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Anger Management. She has developed a therapy-free program that can help children and adults heal from anger without medication. Her research-based strategies uncover the root of anger and how to channel energy in a more positive manner. At the end of the program each student receives a certificate of completion.

Anger often begins in youth, but if recognized and addressed early can empower kids to find healthier ways to express their emotions. Lynnette’s book Don’t Cry and Don’t Beg, her Anger Management program, and donations help to fund her dream of opening a youth education center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to help children ages 2-10 who show early signs of behavior difficulty, and at-risk youth ages 10-16 with the goal of combating bullying, teen suicide, gang affiliations, physical violence, and anger that they bring into adulthood.
